My journey with SD International began with a foundational belief that packaging is not just a container, but a crucial element that brings together performance, precision, and sustainability. This conviction is the core of our enduring mission: “To deliver world-class packaging solutions that combine performance, sustainability, and precision.”
From our start in 2005 with a capacity of 600 MT per annum , to today, where we stand at a total capacity of 18,000 MT per annum, our growth has been driven by an unyielding passion for excellence. We've evolved from disposable cutlery manufacturing to becoming a leading provider of sustainable, semi-rigid, and rigid food packaging products in India.
This rapid expansion is a testament to our continuous hunger for learning and innovation. We have consistently sought out and integrated the best global technology -from doubling our capacity in 2008 , to commissioning units with German multi-station forming technology in 2018 , and most recently, introducing Japanese automation in injection molded food packaging with advanced in-mold labelling in 2024. The formation of our subsidiary, SD Plastoware Pvt. Ltd. in 2023 , broadened our capabilities into the dairy packaging industry using blow molding, injection molding, and thermoforming, demonstrating our commitment to being a multi-segment manufacturer.

Mr. Vikas Shukla
DirectorMr. Vikas Shukla is a Whole-time Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing, with significant exposure to the food packaging industry. He was appointed as a Whole-time Director of S.D. International Private Limited with effect from April 2025.
In his current role, Mr. Shukla is actively involved in driving the Company’s sales and marketing strategy, leveraging his strong operational understanding and industry-specific knowledge. His professional experience enables him to contribute effectively to business development, market expansion, and strategic decision-making, supporting the Company’s overall growth and performance.
Mr. Manan Agarwal
Director (S. D. Plastoware Pvt Ltd)Mr. Manan Agarwal is serving as a Director of S.D. Plastoware Private Limited since its incorporation. S.D. Plastoware Private Limited is a subsidiary of S.D. International Private Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and has over five years of experience in the plastics packaging industry.
In his role, Mr. Agarwal oversees the overall operations of S.D. Plastoware Private Limited and provides strategic direction to the organization. He brings strong domain knowledge, business insight, and strategic acumen in the packaging sector, contributing to effective operational management, business growth, and long-term organizational development.
Mr. Manoj Sahu
Chief Operating OfficerMr. Manoj Sahu is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company. He holds an MBA in International Business (Bronze Medalist) from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi, and a B.Tech in Chemical Technology (Plastics) from HBTI, Kanpur. He is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of diversified experience in the plastic packaging industry across Asia and Africa. He joined the Company in January 2025.
In his current role, Mr. Sahu provides strategic leadership across operations, driving business transformation through operational excellence, process optimization, sustainability initiatives, and market expansion. He has held senior leadership roles such as CEO, COO, and CTO in reputed organizations including Vitafoam Tanzania Ltd, Polytex Industries Ltd (Ghana), Saini Group (Tanzania), Bakhresa Group, PPTL, Jindal Polyester Ltd, and UFlex Ltd. An ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (SGS, UK), he brings strong expertise in ESG, QMS, GMP implementation, and supply chain transformation. He has successfully led cross-border projects across Tanzania, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, and India, delivering improvements in profitability, operational efficiency, and ESG alignment. He has also contributed significantly to industry development as Convener – MSME & Overseas Core Committee (Odisha Corporate Foundation), Former Secretary – Plastics Manufacturers Association of Tanzania, Member of Technical Committees at KEBS (Kenya) and TBS (Tanzania), and Founder Member – Tanzania Institute of Packaging. An accomplished speaker and author, he has published articles on India–Africa trade partnerships and has served as Guest Faculty at IIFT.
Mr. Himanshu Bairoliya
Chief Financial OfficerMr. Himanshu Bairoliya is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant, qualified in 2012, and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree. He is also a Company Secretary (CS) – Professional Qualified. Mr. Bairoliya brings over a decade of rich professional experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and corporate advisory. In his current role, Mr. Bairoliya is responsible for financial management, statutory compliance, and strategic financial decision-making. His professional experience includes handling statutory audits, tax advisory, corporate structuring, and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with corporate laws and governance frameworks. With his multidisciplinary academic background and strong analytical skills, he contributes significantly to financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and governance standards, delivering value-driven and sustainable financial solutions to the organization.
Mr. Shubham Kumar
DGM Legal Head & Company SecretaryMr. Shubham Kumar is the Company Secretary of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Banaras Hindu University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Nehru Gram Bharti (Deemed) University, and is a qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He brings over 10 years of professional experience in corporate secretarial, legal, and compliance functions and has been associated with the Company since February 2025.
In his current role, he is responsible for handling corporate secretarial matters, legal compliances, and statutory requirements of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with PDS & Co., MBL Projects Limited, Punj Lloyd Infrastructure Limited, and MGF Developments Limited, where he gained extensive exposure to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal affairs.
Mr. Ratnesh Singh
Accounts ManagerMr. Ratnesh Kumar Singh is the Accounts Manager of the Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having successfully cleared the Chartered Accountancy examination in 2024, and brings relevant professional experience in accounting and finance. He joined the Company in February 2025.
In his current role, Mr. Singh is responsible for overseeing the Company’s taxation, accounting, and statutory compliance matters. He coordinates with internal and statutory auditors and manages group reporting and consolidation, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.

Mr. Rajiv Tiwari
Procurement ManagerMr. Rajiv Kumar Tiwari is the Procurement Manager of the Company. He possesses a strong academic background, having completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, a Master’s Degree in Arts, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He brings valuable professional experience supported by continuous academic and professional development, which has equipped him with a solid foundation in management, operations, and business strategy. He joined the Company in October 2020.
In his current role, Mr. Tiwari is responsible for managing the procurement function, ensuring an efficient and reliable supply chain through systematic procurement planning, effective vendor management, and close coordination with production, quality, and finance teams. His expertise in supplier coordination and operational alignment contributes significantly to cost efficiency, timely material availability, and overall organizational growth.
Mr. Nitesh Mishra
Sales & Distribution HeadMr. Nitesh Mishra is the Sales & Distribution Head of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and has a strong foundation in management, operations, and business strategy developed through continuous learning and practical exposure. He joined the organization in November 2018.
In his present role, Mr. Mishra is responsible for overseeing and managing the Sales and Dispatch functions, ensuring smooth sales operations, efficient order execution, and timely distribution. His structured approach, strong coordination skills, and focus on execution contribute significantly to customer satisfaction, sales growth, and effective distribution management across the organization.
Mr. Dipak Mishra
Deputy Manager (Accounts)Mr. Dipak Mishra is the Deputy Manager (Accounts) of the Company. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (M. Com) and has over six years of experience in the fields of Accounts and Finance. He joined the Company in July 2023.
In his current role, Mr. Mishra is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements and management reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements. He also supports statutory and internal audits and actively contributes to strengthening internal financial controls and reporting processes.
Mr. Mahesh Jha
Plant HeadMr. Mahesh Jha is the Plant Head of the Company. He brings over 10 years of specialized experience in Thermoforming operations, with strong expertise in sheet extrusion and thermoforming production processes, and has been associated with the organization since August 2006.
In his current role, Mr. Jha is responsible for overall plant operations, including production planning and execution, quality control, manpower management, and maintenance coordination. He ensures strict adherence to safety and statutory compliance requirements while driving operational discipline across the plant. He plays a key role in achieving daily and monthly production targets, improving productivity, and optimizing costs and operational efficiency. His hands-on leadership and deep technical knowledge contribute significantly to consistent product quality and smooth plant functioning.
Mr. Amarish Mishra
Plant HeadMr. Amarish Mishra, Plant Head, is a graduate in education with over 32 years of extensive and specialized experience in thermoforming operations, including strong expertise in sheet extrusion and thermoforming production processes. He has been associated with the organization since September 2016.
In his current role, Mr. Mishra is responsible for end-to-end plant operations, including production planning and execution, quality control, manpower management, and maintenance coordination. He ensures strict adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance while maintaining operational discipline across the plant. He plays a key role in achieving daily and monthly production targets, improving productivity, and driving cost optimization and operational efficiency. His hands-on leadership and deep technical knowledge significantly contribute to consistent product quality, smooth plant functioning, and overall operational excellence.
Mr. Dhananjai Srivastava
Plant HeadMr. Dhananjai Srivastava is currently associated with the Company as Plant Head. He holds a Diploma in Plastic Technology from the Institute of Engineering & Rural Technology (I.E.R.T.), Allahabad, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from RVD University, Rajasthan. He brings with him over 24 years of experience in the Injection Moulding industry and joined the Company in October 2024.
With his extensive industry experience, Mr. Srivastava is responsible for overall plant operations, including production management, process optimization, quality compliance, maintenance coordination, and team leadership. He ensures efficient, disciplined, and safe plant functioning while driving operational excellence across the facility.
Mr. Shailesh Kushwaha
QA ManagerMr. Shailesh Kushwaha is the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager of the Company. He holds a B.Sc. (Biology & Chemistry), PGD-PPT from CIPET, and is a Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. He brings over 9.5 years of experience in quality management and joined the organization in November 2024.
In his current role, Mr. Kushwaha is responsible for developing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting internal and external audits, overseeing product testing and quality control activities, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. He monitors and reports quality performance metrics and ensures compliance with applicable standards. He has also undergone professional training in BRCGS Packaging Issue-6, HACCP Techniques Awareness, and Internal Auditing, strengthening the organization’s quality and compliance framework.
Mr. Shashank Shukla
Ops & Prod Planning ManagerMr. Shashank Shukla is the Operations & Production Planning Manager of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Petrochemical Engineering along with a Diploma in Plastic Mould Technology from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) and brings 3 years of prior experience in operations and production planning. He joined the organization in January 2025.
In his current role, Mr. Shukla is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production activities, including oversight of operations, production schedules, manpower deployment, and material planning. He actively drives continuous improvement initiatives, ensures adherence to safety standards, and focuses on enhancing productivity and operational efficiency across the plant. His technical background and structured planning approach contribute to smooth production flow and effective plant operations.
Mr. Somnath Paul
H R ManagerMr. Somnath Paul is the Human Resource Manager of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Honours degree and brings with him over 13 years of rich experience in Human Resource Management. He has been associated with the organization since November 2025.
In his role, Mr. Paul is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, and HR policy implementation. He plays a key role in strengthening organizational culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting management through effective people-management practices. His experience and structured approach contribute significantly to workforce stability, employee engagement, and smooth HR operations across the organization.
Mr. Pradeep Tiwari
Plant Head (S. D. Plastoware Pvt Ltd)Mr. Pradeep Tiwari is the Plant Head of the Company. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing and Testing (PGD-PPT) from the Central Institute of Plastic Engineering & Technology (CIPET), Mysore, Karnataka, an autonomous institute under the Government of India, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers. He completed his PGD-PPT in Plastic Technology in 2014 with First Class and brings with him over 7 years of prior industry experience in plastic processing and manufacturing operations. He has been associated with the Company since November 2023.
In his current role, Mr. Tiwari is responsible for overall plant operations, including production management, quality assurance, manpower planning, process optimization, cost control, safety compliance, and maintenance coordination, ensuring efficient and sustainable plant performance.
Mr. Ashish Bhatt
Plant Head (S. D. Plastoware Pvt Ltd)Mr. Ashish Bhatt is the Plant Head of the Company. He is a Graduate Engineer (B.E. – Automobile Engineering) with over 16.5 years of total professional experience since the beginning of his career. He joined the Company in November 2023.
In his current role, Mr. Bhatt is responsible for overall plant operations, including production planning, quality assurance, cost-efficient operations, and process optimization. He plays a key role in ensuring smooth manufacturing activities, while maintaining high quality standards, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the plant.
