    2024

    Scaling New Heights

    Japanese Automation & Mega Expansion

    Introduced Japanese technology in injection molded food packaging with 25 robotic injection molding machines featuring in-mold labelling automation, and 5 blow molding machines at SD Plastoware.

    Acquired new land for a 4X capacity expansion, increasing total capacity to 18,000 MT per annum — setting new benchmarks in innovation and production excellence.

    2023

    Expansion & Subsidiary Formation

    Formation of S.D. Plastoware Pvt Ltd

    Integrated advanced German technology and expanded into the dairy packaging industry. New subsidiary S.D. Plastoware Pvt Ltd launched with blow molding, injection molding, and thermoforming facilities.

    Production capacity rose to 15,000 MT per annum, supported by 2 multi-station forming machines, 1 tilt-mold forming machine, 3 thermoforming, and 3 PP extrusion lines.

    Global Technology Integration

    German Engineering in Production

    Commissioned a new unit with German multi-station forming technology for PET & PP food packaging.

    Equipped with 3 multi-station forming machines, 2 PET extrusion lines, and 1 PP extrusion line. Annual capacity reached 9,000 MT — a testament to world-class precision and automation.

    2014

    Delhi NCR Sales Depot Established

    Opened a new sales depot in the Delhi NCR region to support corporate and institutional clients, improving supply chain efficiency and customer service.

    2013

    Entering the Food Packaging Industry

    Diversification & Expansion

    Established a dedicated unit for food packaging, featuring 5 thermoforming machines, 2 extrusion lines, and printing capabilities.

    Capacity grew to 3,000 MT per annum, marking our evolution into a multi-segment manufacturer.

    2008

    Doubling Capacity

    New & Larger Manufacturing Unit

    A state-of-the-art facility was established, doubling production capacity to 1,500 MT per annum and strengthening our commitment to innovation and quality.

    SD International → SD International Pvt Ltd

    The company was converted to a Private Limited entity, marking a significant milestone in our corporate evolution and positioning us for accelerated growth and enhanced operational capabilities.

    The Beginning

    Inception of SD International

    Started with the manufacturing of disposable cutlery using sheet extrusion and thermoforming technology, with a production capacity of 600 MT per annum — laying the foundation for excellence in packaging.
